This does not fix the problem it just hides it by turning off UAC protection so all programs run as admin just like windows xp, Its a BAD idea for security and protection as malware and viruses now will enjoy privileged access immediately on execution. Please do no leave your systems with UAC disabled. The actual cause of this is usually local group policy settings made by malware, viruses, or failed system updates.

Does not fix the problem, only kicks it down the road. I use the UAC, and often to prevent virus activity. The problem is not with UAC, it is a corrupt system based credential linked to your user account. In other words, it's a corrupted user account. This would be fine if the files and folders could be easily moved, but when your profile grows a lot with pics, music etc, you can end up with a single corrupted credential that infects others easily with newer online based computing. This is the danger, one credential being installed and corrupting a memory location can cause leakage and other credentials may be affected when the main directory is accessed. Some viruses have been tagging themselves onto cookies that run installers for Chrome, or other newer gui apps, including antivirus apps, at install time. This means you actually install the enemy. Even AV programs overlook broken credentials because they are not an executable, but with rootless modes, one broken file being rewritten back to the directory can be destructive to other files in that same directory, and they will continue to corrupt. Some say a clean install is necessary. Sometimes it is. However, you may get away with downloading all your user profile to an external, then dropping the files back where they belong, foregoing some of the credential files that cause the problem. Ultimately, the UAC can be an annoyance, but it should be a clue that some important resources are about to be accessed. I allow all my most important apps, especially linked ones, to run as admin, so they can talk to each other. Others like games, or the "trainers" of them, I leave in lower mode if possible, including internet browsers. They should be running in a sandbox of their own, and have no need to access my lower system. Only a few 3d games need higher level access, but most others do not.

There is another video where the number is changed 0 -> 1 instead of 1 -> 0, so probably just change it to the other number i guess.

The reason why you shouldn't do this is because if you disable this even for a second your super vulnerable to cyber attacks/ breach

There are other ways such as using CMD but you search it up on you computer!

DO NOT DO THIS! IN MY CASE IT MADE MY COMPUTER TO STOP LOADING AFTER THE REBOOT AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO REPAIR IT THRU TROUBLESHOOT SO FORMATTING WILL BE THE ONLY OPTION.

It does fix that issue, but I would revert it back to 1, once you have finished unistalling whatever you want, so it doesn't mess with some internet protections
