i have this issue when trying to download anything from the microsoft store i can see the store but the minute i download it says admin thing that u are doing no clue what to do to unblock it

im trying 2 install OBS Studio, but cant. the installation is stooped & it says
obs files r being used by microsoft edge & avast secure browser & that i have to uninstall those applications to continue setup. how can i fix this without uninstalling my browsers? (i'll sub if yu answer)
