Please don't waist your time. these commands are useless in this situation. If Something is being blocked from your graphics card, its ether a curropted driver, bad GPU or problem with memory. rather than promissing a fix for everyone and throwing a bunch of commands out there you should walk them through the proper steps of diagnostics.

didn't work, still getting this about 2 minutes after launching the game:

this is only for csgo, Fortnite and other games working perfectly fine so I know it's not my GPU's problem.

this wont work....the problem in this situation have to do with your gpu temperature.is kind of bug in windows 10 especially.when your card reach 80 degrees in games the windows stops the connection between your gpu and your system to protect it.80 degrees is not much but thats why it'is called bug...you have to use msi afterburner and tweak your gpu fans to move faster before you reach 70-75 degrees .you can try open your case also to help your gpu stays lower than 75 degrees and you will be alright.

I did not get "The component store is repairable" message. It told me "No component corruption detected". I am guessing my problem is different that what you are fixing here. The search goes on.

You are just entering the command incorrectly. It should be this below with the spaces instead:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

(note the space after 'dism" & "online" & "image")
