so i got randomly the other day, “WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM” itself has been blocked from graphics hardware. Causing my screen to constantly black screen on and off. I’m barely able to navigate start menu to restart or access system command. So now after a full system wipe/reset and windows install and gpu driver update, i’m STILL getting the same error. any ideas?
