Thank you, for anotehr great video. I own Stag, but I have recently considered selling my position for the following reasons: 1) they appear to have flat growth, 2) very very slow growing dividend, 3) they are issuing shares instead of buying them back, 4) and they seem to have low returns. I see others recommending this stock, but I am new to investing and not sure what I am missing to see that this is a great stock to be invested in. Will you please shed some light to help me understand or to recognize a quality stock. I do own STOR and O and plan to grow my position in each of them as the market dictates.

Great video! I own residential real estate but not any REITs. Something I struggle with is that, while they have an attractive yield, many don’t show meaningful share price appreciation over the long term. It may be due to issuing more shares as they continue to grow their asset portfolio, but I’m not sure. How should I think about this as a long term investor?
