Shaving cream also works well for the visor if you don't have anti-dandruff shampoo, just apply it in the same way and then buff.

Painter's trim tape is also good for the visor.A strip at the top can be used when the sun is getting low and blinding your vision.You can slightly raise or lower the visor to adjust the coverage to block the sun.Painter's tape is made to be removed without leaving residue.

great tips! I'd like to suggest when wiping a visor, just go left and right, rather than circles :) to avoid squiggle lines

Why not wear the rain coat over your biking jacket then your bike jacket would dry for when it stops raining
