I swear i remember this case. Its a cross dresser and killed his neighbor. A homeless guy saw a leg in a bag. I swear same story. I remember nothing about a scooter. The person was on parole after serving time for another murder. I know it was NY too

She will be laid to rest Sunday in Paramus, NJ.
