I disagree on this..i think eventually if get your first job in google i think then it make sense to stay there for long time.
But google also do downleveled the people and hire them and ultimately people leaving the company with 100% hike.
People who started from service based company also have to eventually switch to big product based companies to upgrade themselves. I think everyone scenario is different. Every body have their own trigger points and their own valid reason.
Even recently sundar himself told that people need to switch to another company bcz eventually people are surfaced to comfort zone

He just wanted to say that focus on learning more. That's itm and focus on money you will make in long run instead of short term. Which means if you are already earning decent amount of money and switching just for little hike, you have to start again at new place. In your company, you kust have understood a lot of things but in new company learning how things work and setting up will take time.

Not really happens like this always. Achi company Sur team exposure job satisfaction k liye constantly awake raho. 30 k per month extra pe 3 switch Marlo to bhi sahi hai. Apnea Hisar se khelo. Ceo bhi switch maar rahe . I work in UHG being 5th biggest company. I can assure you find your best fit. Aapne bhi to switch liye hi hai na.
