Functional training gone too far. Jokes aside, each of these 6 tools in some shape or form has been used for thousands of years before the modern “functional training” came to be.

This concept didn’t exist because all training was functional by nature and never separate from it.

When I discovered maces, clubs and sandbag I knew very little about them and didn’t expect any special results.

You forgot the sledge hammer.you should try it on a tire.and I liked the shovel you had for digging .also you can use the sand for hand stretching grasping and opening hand in sand.❤

I hurt my shoulders going macebell workouts. Put me out of commission for going on 6 months now. Every time I think I’m better and try to get back to working out I reinjure myself.

I think pushing, pulling or dragging the car over the sand is much more effective exercise 🤔🤔🤔
