I'm sure that this guy is either Vegan or 100% carnivore. Nothing else in between

Release a strength test that uses equipment available to the public. If people who train conventionally can't perform as well as your athletes, you get great pr.

Love when fitness influencers, tryin to push their own brand, just shit on everything else like their way is the 'true' way to get results. Workout the way you want or the way that works for you or both. Never take only one persons advice when seeking advice. No one way is be all, end all. Get active, get strong and do you kings.

I'm not really sold on the claims here. Just being honest. Thank you for posting anyways.

mechanical leverage is used in the barbell lifts which build general strength, then you can specifically train movement (sprinting, gait) positional strength does not make sense. since neural connection to sprint is specific to that movement pattern

FP was the key that helped me finally get over horrible back pain I had a few years ago, which was preventing me from getting back to running. Helped me fix some postural issues, and I liked the focus on cross-body movements and freeing up the fascia. Didn’t like their front man, but the system was good. I’ve been focusing more on strength recently instead, but I should get back to incorporating more FP from an injury prevention standpoint.

I wish they had programs for kids so that we can start our kids bodies off with healthy posture and strength to carry them into healthy lives. Not to have built children, just to teach our kids to utilize their bodies.

The movements we do in conventional lifting ARE functional. To that you can add some flexibility training and some plyometrics for better performance, but its just the same.
Added to that, none of the functional lifting experts in the video hold a good amount of muscle other than a one or two.

Was this post mean to debunk traditionally used progressive overload? …positional strength (what’s the antithesis), nothing was said here

I am convinced this is a satirical video.
