I love having # 10 cans on hand! Heads up: I moved my cans over the weekend and some of them dented inward very easily when bumped. I wasn’t prepared for this and I didn’t pay as much attention as I should have when I moved them. Just a bit of bumping caused denting. Store/ move them carefully! Thank you! 🙂

I love Augason farms as they are the only company that carries vegetarian/vegan options. Their black bean burgers are awesome! They also carry TVP chicken and beef meat alternative. I have only found on Amazon.

Can't go wrong with augason farms or emergency essentials. Both available from wm online. Thanks AG!

Thank you for a short but informative video.

I looked through your playlist & most all of your offerings are short which means you are not wasting our precious time & when I share, others will actually watch (I always list how long the video is with a short intro).
I'm adding a like & subscribing, too.

🙋‍♀️Nice to meet you

Wish we had that section on your thumbnail in Massachusetts Walmart’s. We’ve got nothing like it.

Ty, AG! I’ve always wanted to know where/how to find these in Walmart!! Sometimes just asking an employee where I might find a product, they don’t even have a clue.

You have to read the package very carefully. The key word is “UP TO “. Some of the items in the big 5 gal containers only last a few years.

Love Mountain House. They are the most expensive AT WALMART. there are more expensive options. Mountain House is a good compromise between taste and price.

Nothing like that in Oklahoma... just the Mountain House in Sporting Goods, but only about 6 meal selections. Nothing in #10 cans.

Awesome stuff to have on the pantry shelves. Checking the ingredient list though for the meal pouches. I've been buying ingredients & doing my own meals. Thrive brand is part of my list also.

THESE IMAGES are how I know just how different it is at different Walmarts across the country. Because here we are, 2 years later and a few months into a pandemic and, at the 2 Walmart’s closest to me, if you hunt very carefully, you just might find 4-6 hangers of MH Food packages, near the back of the camping section, which is at the opposite side of the store where all groceries are kept and don’t bother asking anyone where it is as, they’ve never heard of these brands and don’t know why anyone would even want to have long term food storage anyway. Don’t even bother looking for #10 cans. You can order them online through Walmart but, that’s it. Plus, you have certain pouch choices at one Walmart, that are not available at the other. So, I’m glad I’m finding out about this a little bit early, because, if there was a sudden need, I’d be SOL.

I’ve bought quite a few #10 cans from wal mart.

They are not sold in any stores here that I could find in any quantities. I got mine all from everyone’s main warehouses. Paid shipping for most. Sold some to recover that cost.

Ohio Walmarts do not carry the long term foods in the store, or at least I cannot find them. Luckily you can get them online, as you say. I guess Alaskans are smarter about being prepared. We have it so easy around here, that there's no incentive for people to learn the important skills that would keep them alive. They have the mindset that everything they want will be provided and the system is working just fine....until it doesn't.

Very well thought out video. A suggestion to people with a small budget just pick up a pouch of food every time you go shopping.

I have seen a few small buckets at my local Wal-Mart but they dont carry large cans like these you show (.e.g. Mountain House, Auguson Farms or Wise Foods). I need to check the sporting good sections for Mountain House. I may have to order from Amazon. Will look for more freeze dried meals to supplement rice and beans.
