I’ve heard a story about teke teke. so there was a high school girl walking down to train station to get home from school and her foot got stuck on the train track she kept screaming for help and no one helped her. They just watched her. Then she got ran over by the train until that day in Japan she hunts for people that didn’t help her after the incident.
