The story of charlie when he was a kid he got electrocuted and fried alive in a electric tower near a park or something, when he was fried alive, his face began to deform and even lose some parts of his face, but even still, he loves nature and people won't except him bcuz everybody think he's a monster, because the bullying happened everyday, he only go out at night and enjoy nature, that way nobody will bully him

I know one from North Carolina. It's about a man who got ran over by a train and got his head chopped off. The legend is at night. You can see him walking down the railway with a lantern, trying to find his head. When I was younger, my friends would listen to our parents talk about it around the campfire. We were terrified, lol.

The legend is called "The Haunted Maco Light"

Charlie is actually just a normal man, who was interested in nature. He actually sustained multiple injuries from liking nature a bit to much. Edit: Thank you for all the likes!

It's utterly terrible how people compare Charlie to a monster, he's just a nice guy who loves the outdoors.

Charlie is a living human being, you can’t just claim yourself he is an urban legend

Charlie’s story is actually very sad. He got struck by lightning and his facial features were burnt off. He walked every night from then on because people made fun of him during the day. When people saw him, they would run away before he could tell them he was just a person.

1. Raymond Theodore Robinson (October 29, 1910 – June 11, 1985) was a disfigured American man whose years of nighttime walks made him into a figure of urban legend in western Pennsylvania. Robinson was so severely injured in a childhood electrical accident that he could not go out in public without fear of causing a panic, so he went for long walks at night. Local tourists would drive along his road in hopes of meeting the Green Man or Charlie No-Face.

2. An Indigenous Hawaiian legend about a woman who lost her children in the woods and has been searching for them for eternity. The Green Lady has green skin, seaweed in her hair, and is described as desperate and will grab any child she sees.

3. The legend began back in the 1940's when the story went around that a little girl was killed by a careless driver (some say she was riding her bike in the street, others say she was walking home from school) and now her ghost stalks drivers who come down that road, searching for the driver who killed her.

4. The Fresno Nightcrawlers are a paranormal urban legend that began in 2007 when grainy CCTV footage in Fresno, California, and Yosemite National Park appeared to show pale, disembodied legs walking across a lawn.
