Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

They’ll use *everything* you say, no matter how misinterpreted, old, or small. Things you didn’t even think they were listening to when you said it. They’ll act like they forget things when it’s convenient; but as soon as they need to use something against you their memory is PERFECT lol.

It don't even have to be a secret. It can be something you told them in a general conversation. They will find a way tp use it against you.

I once tested my husband by telling him something about my childhood I’d never shared before. My step parent used to call me psychotic…. Not 2 days later my husband said, “I can’t believe you, you’re pscho”

My Narcussist knew my mom died when I was 12. Her passing away really sent my life upside down. My dad gave me away, and I was raped etc..I told the Narcissist all of this and one day when he was mad at me he told me that if my mom was alive that she would be ashamed of me.

100%!! The day he left, he spewed such vitriol, the worst was about my cutting ties with my toxic family members, something he'd been totally on board with at the time, but he said I'm the common denominator and should be more forgiving and that I'll end up alone 🙄 fine with me 🤣

Mine ex did the same thing to me. In the middle of an argument. He decided to throw my past up in my face. Which was supposed to be our little secret. I was so angry with him I could've spit bullets.

Yes Lee I have experienced narcissists bringing up anything I may have said, done, or said to try to destroy me.
Funny thing is one of the narcs I talk about here and other platforms I only go so far. That is because some of what I know about him is so terrible that I can't bring it up because these things are so bad.
If the shoe were on the other foot he would use the info to destroy me.

I know a female narc who has called the police on people that pissed her off for one thing or another.
She has full fledged NPD but there are other things going on with her.

I asked my aunt for some money. I told my Narcussist that. The next time we ran into money issues he told me to ask my aunt. So I asked my aunt, and he started putting me down for asking my aunt for some money.

I was going thru some mental health issues and my sister is pretty narcissistic and I tried to hold her accountable and her reply was to throw the bout I had with poor mental health up. Which I told her in a state of weakness and fear. That so broke my heart.

I know this so well....I just never imagined someone would use it against me and blast all over social media. He said because I disagree with him that it's abuse and that's why he said he had to use all my vulnerabilities and blast and mock me. He says his friends have threatened to take it so much further and attack my friends and coworkers or future employers

Honestly didn’t really think I was dealing with one, then people I never met a day in my life started coming out of nowhere and mentioning certain things that was said in private.. not only that the constant harassment from my upstairs neighbors. After already confronting them

I am convinced that I was dating a narcissist for 1 year as he was possessive, controlling and a manipulator. 
The first day we met he asked me what my body count was and I thought it was an odd question to ask on the first date. Without thinking I just said "4". I asked what his body count was but I didn't care because it was in the past. Later on, he provoked and gaslighted me into saying I slept with "8 people" without saying it because he didn't believe I slept with 4. I told him it was 8 because I wanted to end the vicious cycle of him saying he was going to break up with me if I didn't say the truth. The "truth" that he constructed in his filthy mind was 8. And again later on he still wasn't convinced it was 8 and said I was a natural liar. So he had brought up the topic and had asked me again. I then counted properly and told him it was 5 but he still was not happy with my answer and told me I have lied multiple times about this. Is this a sign of a narcissist? Why did he care about my past so much?

A narc with whom I slept with a couple of times has told my entire company very personal information of what happened to me in childhood by stalking and getting flying monkeys to access my property.
