How To Motivate an 'Unmotivated' Child- Give Them Vision- Dr. Alduan Tartt

Every parent struggles with how to motivate an unmotivated child to do their work, get a job and/or show ambition. In this video, Dr. Tartt talks about the power of vision as referenced in Proverbs 29:18 in the Bible, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." You can show your children vision better than you can tell them! So, stop just telling your kids about the greatness of life...show them by exposing them to their future. Take them on college trips, visit cool job sites, introduce them to really, really cool professionals they can relate with.

I can't even get my teen to be interested in a vision. Lord knows we try to point out how much things cost.
