The walks are great.

That said if you are getting a good night sleep it isn’t necessary.

It is not a bad thing though. Win-win!

I usually eat my meals standing up lol, it just works out that way bc I’m on the go or cleaning up as I eat. I noticed that I don’t really get tired as long as I just keep moving. It’s once I lay down that i then stay in bed

I walk 40 mins after meal but it has not bring me any improvement in weight loss

My sugar has been low with pcos I need to get my thyroid checked to see if it’s hypo

I am a teacher and it’s kinda impossible for me to do that at least for lunch. Do you have any other recommendations?
