HOW TO SOLVE IT? After Effects : preview video is not playing

If you didn't find the solution from this video the try this options
- Clear All Memory & Disk Cache,
- Clean Database and Cache [ Pref, Media ]
- Increase Disk Cache [Pref, Media, (I set it 80GB)]
- Increase memory allocation[ [Pref, Memory & Performance]
- Try to change Comp Render Setting to Classic3D to Cinema4D or vice versa
- Try to change Render setting [Edit, Project Setting, Change CUDA to software only ]

I have a problem where my program view window freezes. Thats all. It just doesnt react. The green line is building up and so the caching is done fully. Yet it stops. This happens randomly esp when i change the res from third to quarter or so while its building the green line cache. I have to shut restart Ae and then everything runs fine for 2-3 hours and then suddenly same issue, have to restart Ae. Any idea or help ?
