Today's video is for rubiks cube troubleshooting. If you watched my cube solving video and still have questions/issues, hopefully this helps you out. If you still can't do it, I'd recommend googling 'rubiks cube solver' and there are programs where you can input your cube colors and it will tell you how to solve.

I was working on this for days, and I too was having the last step mess everything up. I just figured out why... When you flip the cube over with the yellow cross facing down and you start doing the RT Algorithm to move the corners down, be sure to finish the Algorithm. I was forgetting the very last step of the algorithm by turning the top face left. Hope that helps, and good luck!

That final solve always mucks me up for some reason. I followed exactly how you told me and was able to solve the yellow face but in turn everything else was scrambled completely and doesn't end up looks like yours

I think one of the best pieces of advice I can give as someone who finished a cube last night after watching a couple of your videos is, don't be afraid to start over if it gets messed up just scramble the cube and start back from the daisy. because repeating these steps will mean you actually learn the steps. I didn't want to finish the cube at the end of this video and not be able to scramble it and do it again. I wanted to actually learn how to solve a Rubik's cube which means I've started over around 50 times and I now have all the steps down and can solve a cube from the start without having to pull up a video so I remember a certain part.

Thank you Claudia
I had tried to do this cube around the age of 20, I'm now over 60 years old, it broke my heart, even bought a print out from some lads in the market that supposedly gave the solution to the puzzle ... it didn't help,
this year my grandson visited Santa and when asked what he would like Santa to bring He answered 'A Rubiks cube' I thought here we go again lol,
Needles to say the cube's got mixed up too much for him and he tried his little heart out to sort it But had to give up the battle,

After watching your first video I was with you till near the end then had to give up because i couldn't keep up, thanks for lettings people know that videos can be slowed down on here, that's gonna be very handy for me in the future, So I learnt 2 things from your extremely well put together video's,
Showed my grandson the completed cube an it brought the smile back to his face... I'm sure he will pick it up a lot faster than I.

Thank you for taking the time to do these videos, you saved the day for me .

It did take me a few times reviewing (pause and replay) sections but I didn't have any issues following your first tutorial. I felt your speed was adequate compared to other videos who were definitely faster. Thanks for both videos. After 40 years, I have solved the cube!

You’re an absolute genius. I’ve finally learnt how to solve it after following your video. Will now aim to speed solve it and beat my PB times, thanks for the help. 🙌🏾🙌🏾

OMG!! Thank you so much!! 🙏 Last week, I picked up a Rubik's cube and thought I would never be able to solve it, now I'm solving it and just a minute!🎉🎉🎉. Thanks again!

Finally worked out if just two sides on opposite corners need to be flipped gets easier and easier thanks Claudia 61yrs old and all excited.

I have been working on this for two days and finally solved itl. Yay! I watched the other video and would get lost on the final step and have to start over again. I couldn't keep up. Thanks for making the new video and for telling us about speed settings. I put it on .5 and at this speed I could follow along. I liked your video because you told us where the white blocks should be. It is always a panicky feeling to see the white blocks getting messed up so knowing where they were supposed to be was a big help. Thanks!

Just wanted to say thank you. Literally every problem I've had with my cube, I've been able to come back here in order to find answers. I would probably have given up on solving it were it not for this video.

Aaarrrhhhh, realised the error of my way on solving flipping the corners at end, remember the right trigger you use is a FOUR MOVE SEQUENCE, DONT FORGET TO ROTATE UP SIDE BACK COUNTER CLOCKWISE, before turning bottom and beginning the right trigger again, concentrate, it is a 4 move sequence, took 5 days, thanks for a fantastic film, finally got there X

I've seen lots of of tutorials on solving rubik's but yours is the best.
Watched both your posts on the subject and decided to get out my old unsolved cube. First time success, thanks .

Every time I try to solve mine I get as far as the yellow corners but I already have 2 corners solved so I do the other 2 and it's just scrambled again also sometimes the yellow on the corners piece isn't facing the right direction so I do the right algorithm more to make it work and then when i do the other ones it screws up the cube again. Sometimes I also have all four yellow corners to solved and then I get to the 3rd one and it solves the cube but I still have one more to go so I solve it but it scramble the rest of the cube, next time for troubleshooting maybe try to focus on things like this because like you said "there are so many ways a cube can be scrambled" so I think mine got scrambled differently because I've tried to resolve my cube 1000 times and it doesn't work no matter how much I pay attention to the video and do it slowly over and over again. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!! So could you please do a video where you actually do troublshooting and not just explain the same thing over and over.
Thanks.

The thing about this video is that it changes some of the moves from the learnt ones in the first video and that creates more confusion. In the first video you have exactly all the correct moves to solve it and especially for beginners they ought to stay with those moves. If something does not work keep trying because eventually it will make sense. The only problem I saw was at the end solving for the yellow where you had two corners with yellow to solve and sometimes one has more than one corner to solve… stay on the same face and turn the bottom however many times until the corner that needs to be solved is in the bottom righthand corner and then do the right algorithm and repeat and everything will fall in place.

On my millionth try 😵 I finally solved my Rubik’s cube!! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 Your video was the most helpful and thoroughly informative! I really appreciate your step by step explanation! I will be back to reference on this video every time I decide to play with my cube lol

You are a legend. It’s only been 6 years + that I have the cube and have tried so many of the videos. The algorithm works in other videos as well but it’s pain to remember them all, unlike your video which is so easy to remember and execute. This is awesome, it’s brilliant. Thanks again

It has been a childhood goal to be able to solve a Rubik's Cube. That dream was reignited this past weekend when my nephew came over and was solving the cube blindfolded! I watched your first video and could not get the last couple of steps involving the yellow side. Your follow-up video made all of the difference and I can now solve the cube! Just have to work on memorizing those last algorithms. Thank you so much!
