Our instinct itself tells us whether the food item is meant to be eaten raw. For example, you would never like cooked carrot or beets but you won't eat raw spinach. And the fact is - cooked spinach is easier to digest and carrots and beets actually don't need cooking.
I like to have a balance between both types of food.

Cocked food is good than raw. All problems due to GMOs, packed food, refined oil, salt and flour, bad eating habits, bad cooking methods, bad cooking vessels etc.

Food cook karne par digestion mein easy hota hai digestion pe load nahi padta uncooked food se digestion mein problem hoti hai.

Right, raw non veg may have parasite eggs etc, even I never give in raw form to my pets (dogs and fishes).

I have hypothyroidism. I don't eat raw cabbage, brocollis at all. I always cook them well.

Fully Ripe Fruits Should Be Eaten Raw Vegetables Like Cucumber Also Should Be Eaten Raw, Carrot, Spinach, Beetroot, Cauliflower, Potato, Onion Should Be Cooked to make it digest easier and absorb the nutrients Properly. Meat Should be properly Cooked As Well As Eggs And Grains Also Should Be Cooked .
Veggies Should Be Cooked Steamed Boiled or sauteed For Maximum Benefits Raw Vegetables are very high on stomach Besides Cucumber . Fruits Like Plantain and Jackfruit may needs steaming other fruits Should Be Eaten Raw.
