Coach Christian, I can only eyeball it (which isn't very good for judging distances), but how far away from the pulley machine are you kneeling for the cable crunch?

I’m personally not a fan of hanging leg raises, I feel it more in my hips and my grip slips, I prefer to lean on bars like in the dip exercise and raise legs that way, feel it much more
