Yes! Ive been a home workout fan even before Covid. Its private, convenient and most importantly LESS SPACE FOR EXCUSES

I think even when the world goes back to "normal" I will still be doing primarily home workouts!!! It's just so much more convenient cos you can easily hop in and out of the shower and theres no commute. I'll still go to some group classes but I think for the most part Ill stick to home workouts!!!

I personally don't like working out at home. I work and study from home and working out in the same room makes me go crazy, but i started taking long walks, doing yoga and rollerskating so overall my physique is a lot better than before covid hit :D

Well done. After almost a decade of training in a gym, I prefer home workouts. Because I achieved all of my powerlifting goals, It makes a lot more sense for me now.

I started my fitness journey last June so of course the gyms were closed so I’ve only done home workouts and I love them and I prefer them over having to go to a gym and my body has transformed with only little weights. I do have a couple different sets of dumbbells, 3 different sizes highest being 15s. I did start my journey to gain weight, I was very underweight, I have gained 18lbs and have transformed my body strictly doin. Home workouts 😊

Been doing home workouts for a few months now. Learned so much about myself (limits, weaknesses), building muscle and how important doing the excercises the right way is. Never thought that I would enjoy excercising that much. It makes so much fun, that i had to slow myself a little bit down and be more patient for my body could not take so much workout xD Thank you Abby for every single video. Before your videos I didnt even know where to start and always had excuses for not working out. You have changed my mind and after a few vids I thought "i dont have to force me doing a certain amount" so my first target was (sounds simple but wasnt) just doing something. i told myself every movement/excercise is better than no movement. Now (after a few months) i do 2-3 workouts a day and i love it.

I love home workouts! It's what I've been doing this whole pandemic. This is also how I got into working out, since I'm somewhat new to it, especially strength and muscle building.

I've been training for 5 years now, always at the gym, since everything started last year I started icorporating different kinds of trainings that I could do at home and tbh I feel so good and so much comfortable now! I did bought weights, bars, dumbells and a very helpfull multifunctional cable machine, I tried going back to the gym once they opened and it wasnt the same, I'm now training at my mini home gym but I'm still doing multifunctional workouts and yoga 'cause it just feels so good, I don't think I'm going back to the gym to be honest, and thanks this video motivated me even more and made me feel so much secure about achiving my goals from home! :)

Facts. I think working out from home can help you learn so much more than working in the gym if you remain dedicated. You can make the best of limited weight if you get creative. I've been going to the gym for about 4 years, but got in the best shape of my life over just 3 months in the fall.

I've learned to love home workouts & trust myself more with trying different ones. The only reason I miss the gym is being able to ask an employee if I have the correct form.

Abby your workouts have changed everything for me!! i used to be such a gym person and would always aim to increase my weights but I never saw results like when I started doing your home workouts. Your moves are so fun and different and it makes the workout so enjoyable even though I die lol
I struggle a lot with adherence but it's so easy to just take 30 mins in my room and I'm loving it ✨💪

I do a little mix of both. I go to the gym when I can, but when I can't be bothered or on a time crunch I feel confident doing the 28 day challenges. What I have learned this year is that I doesn't matter where you work out the point is to get it done to honor my body and my mind.

Here for it all of it, ESPECIALLY your jean jacket! I feel like I've come full circle, home workouts were where I began, joined you learned to lift, gyms closed and now we workout at home again, just BETTER!
