Last year I’ve been diagnosed for social anxiety, anxiety and adhd and it was 6th grade first year of middle school. It was so hard to make friends all my other friends moved schools. Just because you fit all the signs doesn’t mean you have social anxiety. People need to understand that you can’t diagnose yourself. Stuff like this takes time it took me over 2 months to schedule an appointment with a doctor. I’m having a better year now and hope you guys are too ❤
