heroes don’t wear capes sometimes, they just slowly roast corporate trojan horses on a pyre and season them with every spice possible. thanks Mrs Reardon.

I’m just glad to see you serving the properly-prepared popcorn to Dave so he doesn’t have to eat only the disasters.

No, no. You put the onions in the stocking for a weapon. It's guaranteed to make your enemies cry

I find it so frustrating that they are "testing" to see if things are organic.
Organic just means that it doesn't use certain pesticides, in some was non organic practices can be better for your health and the environment

"stop watching 5minutecrafts my goodness!"

That's the best advice of the whole video

It's worrying that about 10 years ago when I was a teenager, I believed all of the 5 minute craft videos. I just implicitly trusted them all and it could have had serious consequences. Thank you to people like Ann who now debunk them to keep more people safe.

Recently graduated Lawyer here 🙋🏻‍♀️
Even if they don't have a policy surrounding Dangerous Hacks, the loophole needs to be addressed by them at some point. Dangerous Hacks have been very prominent on the platform for a very long time, enough to acknowledge and ammend their policies to include it. Their ignorance towards this goes to show their Negligence and Lack of Responsibility towards their consumers.
Thanks Ann for having our backs and debunking these videos + cautioning us. The best we can do for now is share her videos to educate people and hope someone files a strong law suite or YT amends it's policies asap.

Having had a stint in identifying microscopic critters in pond water for a professor as part of a job, thanks for identifying those little creatures for everyone! I especially adore the copepod because that's what I spent most of my time identifying and counting. Also, the one you left unidentified almost looks like an Oligochaete but it's hard to tell if it has setae on it

My boyfriend bought your cookbook and that chocolate raspberry tart recipe is amazing! He loves that you put in the weight of ingredients and explained the science behind the cooking :)

OMG I finally just got your book, Ann, it's so amazing! One of your books has reached Iceland :) I used to be a chef and have several cook books, but I've never been as excited about one as I am right now 😄

"Non organic butter leaves a greasy film on water!" My friend. Butter is literally made of grease.

I can see a use for the onion stocking hack... hand the onions on the wall. Some apartments and stuff have TINY kitchen with very little storage space, so hanging some onion stockings could save cabinet/floor space!

so from I've been told this is my brothers words not mine "if someone copies a dangerous video and the uploader doesn't put any warning signs in there videos such as "don't try this at home" and someone gets seriously hurt from it then they could sue the videos uploader if there's enough proof against it.

We finally decided to allow my nephew to step up from helping with stirring and prep work to using the kitchen appliances under supervision. He almost tried the microwave poached egg and I just about lost my mind. It’s crazy how wide-spread that misinformation is, especially when poaching an egg the traditional way is fairly easy.

You mentioned that if a lawyer is watching, that you would like to know what they think about YouTube's stance on allowing dangerous hacks; I am no lawyer but I watch one on YouTube. His name is Legal Eagle! Maybe he can help :) I would love to see you both talk about 5-Minute crafts and what we can do to properly stop channels like them to stop suggesting potentially harmful activities.
