This seriously needs to be addressed. Actual content creators are struggling with producing quality continent and getting views, when huge companies are abusing the system and making thousands of dollars on the way, not to mention endangering life's of others!

I’m going to start a content farm named “Cake... no, Steak”, where I put a cake in the thumbnail, but the video is about cooking steaks.

If you look at the toothpaste phone hack, half the "broken" screens are broken screen protectors, and half of them are screenshots of broken glass.

I wonder if her dream job in childhood was detective. Her attention to details is incredible.

This is the second video I watched on your channel. I'm so impressed that I just posted this to Facebook and recommended your channel to my friends. And now I'm subscribed and looking forward to watching all your videos.

Really interesting! Thanks for putting this together! I had started flagging these channels on „don’t show these channels to me“ because I was so annoyed by the titles of these Videos already (without even watching them). I mean not only the pictures of hacks that looked just silly like toothpaste to fix a phone screen, but als those saying: “you w I’ll not bake any different cake anymore”, or similar phrases… I see I didn’t miss anything..

Block any and all content farms and youtube soon gets the message that you're not interested.

A Vietnamese here! I must say I’m quite shock to even know YumUp based in Vietnam. I would tell you that the “hacks” videos are not popular in Vietnam at all. So if you compare the views of the content farm channels under a Vietnamese name, eg: Troom Troom Vietnam, the views aren’t performing as well as, let’s say normal Troom Troom. So these guys must have done something correctly.

1. They studied a lot from the content farm channels. Like Ann said about the clickbait titles and thumbnail and repeated contents, etc. They did their research quite well to generate such crazy amount of view.
2. They targeted the correct audience. Noticed how most of the audience is from the USA, I can tell that they studied their way from other content farm channels to reach their way out and make views, which equal makes money.
3. Taxation from Youtube in Vietnam is quite ambiguous. Making money from youtube isn’t necessarily considered a “job” in Vietnam, making the taxation process being uncleared. Therefore, I wonder how much these guys actually paid for tax if they have 222 millions view per month like this.
4. Their popularity in Vietnam is unknown, so they’re doing well. If you recalled, there was this game called “Flappy bird”, which was created by a Vietnamese as well. After the game became viral, it got copy right strikes from others gaming company (Nintendo, etc), it got closely monitored by Taxation department in Vietnam, and eventually it got taken down. The same could easily applied to YumUp if one day they appear on Vietnamese news.

Just a thought here, no hate towards them. Please be kind to the creator. And sorry if I made any English mistake.
(Edit: thanks a lot guys. If we could gain attention from Ann to pin this, it would help others to know some more about this situation. And thanks for the support as well. Appreciate it so much!)
