We are Coach Nazir, Coach Fatimah, & Coach Nyla. We are considered Black Americans and we were all raised as Christians. We have a keen understanding of the many facets of American culture and the ongoing challenges it presents.

Each of us accepted Islam as young adults and are practicing Muslims who follow the final revelation, The Quran, and the sunnah of the Last & Final Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad ibn Abdullah (sws).

Coach Nazir & Fatimah were married for 15 years and had 6 children when he chose to practice polygyny. He married Coach Nyla 13 years ago and their polygynous journey began.

Since then, 4 more children have been born, another son by Coach Fatimah and 3 sons with Coach Nyla who has added 2 bonus children (step-children) to the family making a total of 12 children.

We had very little support and even slimmer resources when we began our journey, so things were done by trial and error and there were lots of errors!

However, being proactive in our growth and commitment to the success of the family, we figured it out and decided to be a resource for others who may be experiencing similar difficulties.

We reverse-engineered the methods that we found worked best. We chose to remove any excuses from those who say they didn't have a way to learn how to practice it correctly.

When us men have goals and we are actively striving towards them and producing results but feel our wife or wives are not on the same page and stagnating things it definitely pushes us towards polygyny. And that’s as a Muslim and a responsible man. Cause in the dunya and times of ignorance most men just cheat. This video is of utmost importance I’m sending it to everyone especially my daughters. Coach Nazir much of what you are teaching is on point even with your comment that “polygyny is not for every man”. I also wholeheartedly believe in “alignment” between the husband and his wife (or wives). Most problems within marriages start with unalignment that has occurred or is occurring in the relationship. When the family isn’t aligned then the society becomes unaligned. A prime example is the historical pattern of the “Black” family system in America. The unaligned “Black” family in the United States (for many reasons) has suffered economically, emotionally, socially and spiritually so much that the inability to align has become a norm. All this childish rhetoric between the Black male and female doesn’t benefit either persons in the relationship, at the end of the day, the family continues in poverty. At least in a positive polygyny marriage the wife with children become better equipped to save her children from an impoverished and unhealthy lifestyle. I just want to say to you brother and your beautiful wives, is to continue teaching about the benefits of polygyny.🤲🏾🤲🏾🤲🏾

I have a loving relationship with my husband but I do want him to get a second wife to fulfill more of the Sunnah. However, I know that our families are definitely going to oppose and be against it and they won't understand because they're still ignorant of the deen. How do you suggest we approach this issue with our families? No matter how we explain, they won't have that degree of understanding regardless.
