MP Select Mini V2 Unboxing & First Print

We assemble and print with the new Monoprice Select Mini V2. This is a $200 3D Printer that has been out for a while now, but this new V2 edition fixes some of the common complaints that V1 had. The version I received was the June 2017 update with a few additional changes and different firmware.

If you can work around the small print volume, this is one of the best budget 3D printers you can buy. We'll be using this printer a lot going forward so let us know what we should cover in upcoming videos.

All prints made using Cura. And yes, the yellow scraper is terrible.

To anyone with this printer, I'd appreciate if you answer this for me: Is the hotend an exact replica of the e3d v6? If I got an e3d v6, would it fit into the printer's stock mount with no issues? Or would I have to print a new x carriage? Thanks in advance.

I can get the V1 for 184 euros. would you advise me to wait for the hard to get V1? Can you try to print a propeller for an rc plane, I'm into that now. I don't like printing out these figurines that you cant use for something, waste of material, imo.

Also, what do you use that cam for on your tv, is it still usable?
