Something I learned recently from going to a place similar to his is that the whole reason they tell you to breath in through your nose and out through the mouth is to activate your inner core, what has helped me a ton is to blow the air our through your mouth like your blowing through a straw, this will activate your inner core even more. Wanted to share, hope this helps someone 😊

Holy cow thank you so much. I do ballet and I was kind of happy to see my right side has more turnout than my left because turnout is prized in ballet. But my right leg is also very unstable and I cannot balance well on it my knee shakes plus right side of my lower back is always a bit sore. I am discovering that right glute is very weak.. this perfectly explains it
