Try this one out.

You'll need:
- "Persian" cucumber
- tomato
- red onion
- verjuice (the juice of unripe grapes)
- salt
- dried mint

Dice the veggies into small cubes. Add salt, dried mint, and verjuice. And you have the Shirazi salad.

Lime juice also works, just in case.

Slice cucumbers very thinly, add salt, and add vinegar, sour cream, and a little water. Mix together, and park in the fridge for half an hour. Sprinkle dry dill on top. Mix again. Delicious cucumber salad.
