I'm Mexican, and we add lime, salt and tajin to mostly all types of fruits, and even cooked corn, cooked potatoes, and cooked peanuts. My personal favorite fruit with tajin are mangos. Especially the ones that aren't fully riped. Also, try lime, and Tajin with watermelon, melon, cantaloupe, big red slices of tomatoes, jicama, orange, tangerine, cooked camote del cerro ( white mountain yams).

I grew up on this (I'm from Chicago)! People would run outside when they heard the elotero's horn to get elote, pepino, sandilla, mango, raspados (corn in a cup or on a stick, cucumber, watermelon, shaved ice with some kind of flavoring). I miss those days 😭

I put my Cucumbers in a baggie, added lime, flaky sea salt, the tajin seasoning, & shook like cray & both sides we're covered. I love LOVE this snack recipe & wish I was your neighbor 🙃
