Aren't omega 3 and omega 6 competing in absorption and isn't omega 6 incredibly inflammatory? The bioavailability isn't increased by consuming all these fats together, but just the opposite; by doing so we are actively decreasing the amont of omega 3 absorbed into the bloodstream and we are doing ourselves great harm . The little amount of omega 6 that we actually require for function of the body we can find in great abundance in practically any seed oil and/or processed foods. However much I don't mean to be disrespectful, I feel as if this short video servec to spread great misinformation.
