I think amanda hates the meat store so much because hamlen did something bad to her and buried her . And thats why she said shes out there and that she feels like shes rotting.

This room is like the 3rd 4th or 5th update where the room from release can be explored before the attic was added in replacement for the original map in the next few updates, you can't actually play it unless you have the old versions. So it's not a secret it's just the OG map (explorable)
