So that explains why I feel like Woolie is Sam, not the song writer, but the creator of the show, and he is trapped in the show being tortured to death. Thats why he might have gone missing because he watched the show, meaning that its not only affecting kids, but adults too!

The strange text that says who is wooly is also on the fridge in the tape where it’s all chopped up and Amanda asking how many of some things, but idk what it says

I have discovered some scenes that wooly might not be innocent as he seems.

- This may contain trigger warning, but if you pause at the very first intro of "Whats a family?" tape and go back to some frames that were glitching, wooly's face will be replaced with dark eyes with little white pupils and a wide smile.

- Notice how he forces us to answer the gift was for him in the "In your neighborhood" while amanda was clearly upset and showing emotions? and when they were about to get some cookies, in the glitching part amanda was maybe shocked or throwing up while wooly is standing there smilling.

- When you answer "Sam" when amanda asked what the daddy chicken is called, Wooly's reaction is shocked and nervous. Maybe he is trying avoid amanda hearing any mentions of sam because clearly sam is her father that is missing.

The word "watch" was actually in the original amanda the adventurer, you used it in the secret tape that had the name scratched off, you were in the forest alone at night and you were supposed to burn the tape, but something wanted you to watch it, you go back home and put it in a dangerous objects box, then after that, thats what happened

If you pause the first tape fast enough you can find those same symbols that are on the book on the refrigerator.

While this could be a cool idea, Wooly and Sam's voices are pretty much different.
Amanda and Rebecca's voices are the same as Rebecca is her voice actor.
But Wooly doesn't have a voice actor in the credits and his voice doesn't even sound like Sams'.
If anything, the developers probably didn't intend to make a reference to that song or the author. I think this is a bit of a stretch.
But what we can imply is that whether not Wooly is Amanda's father or another victim, he IS a person trapped in these tapes.
In the farm/barn tape, he gets weirdly frustrated when Amanda calls him an animal or refers to him as such.
There is no way that he's an in-built program, made to control Amanda. He acts way too humanly - for the beta Wooly, you can say that he could be a system since he doesn't really do anything and acts ai-like.

I think Wooly being evil makes sense with the demon references and stuff, as well as the monster having wool over its eyes. Still leaves the question as to why he seems to stop Amanda from killing you, why Amanda is attacking him, and why Wooly would put Amanda in situations where she is bound to start asking questions despite that being the very thing he seems to be trying to prevent. And, why wooly turned into a real sheep, at least temporarily, despite how he seemed against it. I feel as if it implies that Amanda has more control than wooly, considering everything wooly wants and advocates for never seems to happen. Also, sometimes, listening to what Wooly wants instead of what Amanda wants gets you killed, so if the monster was Wooly controlling Amanda, why would that happen? Amanda obviously doesn’t seem entirely innocent, she gets violent. I wonder if they’re both part demon or if something about being trapped is twisting Amanda’s personality (her personality is very similar to a child, even her temper tantrums are similar to the ones I had at that age, but just amped up a bit). Her worried emotions often mix in with her frustrated and angry emotions, so I don’t think it’s just possession (I don’t think they’d blend like that if they were possessed, it really feels like the emotions of a confused girl, but amplified). I also think Wooly being there to “tame” Rebecca/Amanda also makes sense, and it would explain why he loses control of things happening, as well as why he himself sometimes seems confused.

This is my guess on what happend to Amanda so remember when she told us the secret that she siad im out there somewhere if u go back to the old game and u get the tape where Amanda is in the forest I think that’s a location on where her body is

THANK YOU OH KY GOD. I've been suspicious about wooly because his personality and attitude did a 180, what we thought abt him is wrong and the biggest hint was his name NEVER showing up in the credits. I believe hes the demon Balaam, who is associated with goats and sheeps.
