Rotator Cuff Surgery (Supraspinatus) - Day 4 Post-operative

My patient Tom has just had Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery for a Rotator cuff tear: 35x 20mm supraspinatus repair, including a bursectomy, acromioplasty, labral debridement and a bicep tenodesis.

He is Day 4 post-operative and doing well - here is a snapshot of where he is at and what mobility exercises he is doing for week 1 and 2.

1. Elbow Flexion / Extension
2. Passive-Assisted External Rotation ROM
3. Flexion Cradle
4. Horizontal Cradle
5. Passive Assisted Abduction (Week 2)

Is there any concern for patients over doing it with their exercise. That adduction with the cradle seems stressful to ER repair

After 10 days both shoulder is not symmetrical , when raising both hand straight forward direction, reason y i don’t know, sir can u explain , im waiting for your reply
