Finally someone that looks like I would actually when getting in! These people on here make it seem so easy! I’d be literally shaking. I’ve been trying to get my tolerance up by going outside in the cold for longer without wearing a coat and ending my shower with a cold shower for like 20 seconds but that’s all I can do so far.

This is completely ignoring the reason and expectations of why we do the ice baths. The first 10-30 seconds are the worst, but once you calm down and breathe, you start to feel the warmth inside. He has not gave this any thought.
