holy... cow... I can hardly type after this - but I DID IT, almost all the moves without modification (fewer reps than you guys). for me, this is an achievement. there was a time I was unable to do squats or lunges. thank you for your motivation, I appreciate it greatly

Coach Kozak and Claudia i am doing your workouts 3 times a week. Many times, i am hesitant and i procrastinate but once i press start, i will finish. You cheer me on, you are very encouraging.
I need this workout as i am served a divorce application all of a sudden. He cheated on me. Hasfit gives me the strength i so needed to have clarity, to be healthy and to try to accept what is happening.

I easily get bored doing other youtube workout because its either hard or many things going on. Hasfit is perfect for me. I can easily switch between easier and harder workout. If you could shorten 'workout previews' videos that would help. Thank you so much

I’ve been following HASFIT since January. I started with beginner work outs doing 1 work out a week. I’m now doing a min 3 workouts and lots of other excercise. I love them both for their encouragement and support during the videos.

This is by far my favorite HASfit workout. It’s short, yet so effective and efficient. With the help of you guys (Coach K and Claudia) a couple times a week, some cardio at the gym, and clean eating, I’ve been able to take off about 60 lbs in a little less than 9 months. These videos are a god send.

Previously lost 8kg which approximates to 18 pounds, trying to lose a few more pounds and your videos have been such a good source of workouts! Stopped renewing my gym membership and have been sticking to outdoor and indoor workouts instead and loving it so far. You guys are my favourite workout channel on youtube so far, will always be supporting!!

These guys seem to be a little underrated, though basically they have some of the best workouts on youtube, well thought, planned, developed and explained. They have helped me and my wife a lot throughout coronavirus time at home. Many many thanks, guys, you´ve won a real follower.

I normally preview your workouts briefly before I do them, and I underestimate them EVERY TIME. All I can do is laugh, but I appreciate you guys for always kicking my butt. I feel stronger mentally and physically each time. I stopped going to the gym due to grad school and who knew I could get in the best shape of my life in the living room. Thank you much!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done this workout. It got me through COVID. And sometimes, I don’t do it for awhile and continue with other cardio and weight training, etc. This STILL kicks my butt every single time.
