THIS EDITING HAS ME DYING PLS THE PHYSICS PART, but thank you so much for this vid I'm an upcoming sophomore and I wanted to get more insight about AP classes, feeling overwhelmed but hopefully I can take AP world history, Honors English, Algebra 2, AP bio, Spanish, and probably AP human geography though im not 100% sure. I don't know if I should be taking so much for my first time, any advice, tips?

as a current hs junior, here's my ranking on josh's scale based on my ap experience:

red: chem (to be fair i had a really bad teacher and transferred classes)
orange: none so far
yellow: apush and world history
green: human geo (my teacher was scary)
blue: psych and lang
next year i'm taking stats, literature, gov, econ and euro

I find it so interesting how you didn’t find the AP Calc classes that hard meanwhile I got a C in precalc😭 but i got an A in APUSH so my priorities show here 😂

i also constantly hate on ap art i HATE IT rn and i love art in itself. it’s all hard deadlines for me and it’s so stressful to manage with my other classes. and the SI makes me feel closed it by the theme

You're so funny and I think this is by far my favorite AP tier list video, because this video was very engaging and it offered lots of insight that I can use for future reference! Definitely subscribing, thank you for the video :))

The freshmen at my school have the choice to take AP bio instead of bio honors, but I personally didn't and plan to take it sophomore year. But, I heard it was very hard for them and many of them did not even finish the frq. But, they still got A's throughout the course by sharing answers. But, next year they are not allowing freshmen to take AP bio since they were super behind in the course load. I am little scared but I'm hoping for the best haha

I took WHAP last year and I still got a 4 on the ap exam, but idk if it was my teacher or maybe lack of effort but that class is a solid orange for me personally idk if anyone could agree lol *forgot to mention the insane amount of pages per week!!!

our school did ap gov for sophmores and I sobbed once a week because of that class. (full disclosure I was in a horrible mental state and dealing with unmedicated adhd🥳) but Imma be so real I would study for tests and still fail, I failed first semester and dropped to regular and got an A it was so easy in comparison. It's known as like the worst ap at our school. I'm not sure if I'd do better doing it senior year because of the medication and better mental state or if that class was just bad or maybe I had a bad teacher Idk I did also miss a lot of class for outside reasons. I did ap lang this year and it wasn't hard just really tedious and annoying and I kinda feel like it killed my creativity and I love to write but didn't enjoy it. Looking forward to AP French cause I'm already at a B1 speaking level and I'm good at speaking. Looking forward to pysch cause I hear it's easy, and comparative gov cause I also hear it's easy.

I signed up to take ap calc ab and ap physics 1 at the same time next year. I think I’m going to regret that decision

In my opinion AP calculus BC can be self studied. As a sophomore in high school I can understand it easily with the help of Khan Academy.

So basically I finished AP Physics 1 with a 96 last year. I understood basically everything in that class as it was being taught so it was super easy. The only thing is that no one else in my class did. There was one topic where everyone else understood it and I didn't but that was like a 30 minute lesson. The general pattern I've noticed is that I suck at everything that everyone else is good at and I'm great at everything that everyone else sucks at. That includes other classes too. Any "easy A" classes to me are hard and all of the "hard" classes are pretty easy. I also have ADHD so I don't know how much that affects it. My point is, if you're in a similar position to me, you'll probably do well in AP Physics. It's certainly not for everyone, but it is for some people, so if you're really interested in it, I'd say go for it. It was by far my favorite class in high school.

I'm taking both AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics
Stats is definitely easier in terms of math but a fuckton of writing
Calc BC is very hard tho
