I use a wireless charger all the time. Lately, it shows "charging" but the % still goes down. After a few restarts, it starts charging normally but a few days later, it will go back to not charging again.

The charging port was super clogged with dust. Had to use tiny wires to scrape out the dust stuck in there. And use the vinyl cleaning kit i had to blow out the dust. Took 6 minutes to finally get it all out. My phone is finally charging without issues.
