You know the drill. This game is amazing and so is the OST. This track in particular is really fucking Touhou esque and is really damn good.

I didn't go too crazy with the arrangement on this one, but I DID take a long time trying different approaches to mixing. I think overall this is one of my best sounding mixes. Big ups to mr. ToxicxEternity and mr. ThunderScott for all the mixing tips and critique!

When you fight Undyne the Undying, you understand 2 things:

-You are the villian of the game

-You are against the true hero...

I love this song, because it's so SERIOUS

Undyne's other song, while awesome, doesn't quite come off as sincere. She's not really fighting you to protect her home, she just wants a fun battle and someone to challenge her. Her dialogue comes off as cheesy and over the top.

However with this song, she's not doing it for a challenge, she's not fighting you to have fun.
When she says she can feel all the monsters hearts beating as one, she means it.

The Genocide run fight against Undyne was one of the most tearjerking. All she's trying to do is protect the ones she loves, and along comes a human, destroying everything she fought for so long to protect... And now even she can't stop what's happening.

You know what song has great potential to be enhanced by an awesome rock cover? "Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans." It's an unused song, and it could definitely use some polishing to sound even better.
