How to dunk under 6 feet tall? In this video I (Khurram Sultan) share a key exercise used by many athletes to help increase their vert!

About Khurram Sultan

Khurram played basketball College basketball in Canada. After finishing his career, he looked to pursue a professional career overseas but got Micro tears in his Achilles and a 3rd Degree calf strain. After flying back home, he was personally invited down by the King of Skill Enhancement Training Micah Lancaster, and flew down to the World Headquarters in Michigan to learn and collaborate with the I’m Possible Team.

Now Khurram is back in Canada and starting to Revamp the YouTube page with high quailty tutorials with different basketball moves, combined with the knowledge that he learned through the I’m Possible team. As a certified I’m possible skills trainer, Khurram is very excited to grow the game in Canada and help be a part of the change of culture from home. Sprints with maximum rest are the most underrated exercise out there! One thing people don't realize is that they are a great strength exercise as well! People downplay them because they are so simple, and the workout doesn't even feel hard with maximum rest between each one. Most programs I see use far too many reps with not enough rest between sets. As you said, they are more endurance oriented.

Thanks man . I'm definitely gon try this. I'm 13 but my jumping form isn't the best and my running. I'm tall and im not able to run as fast

Im like 5'10 5'11 and by jumping one foot can touch the rim. Is there any possibility to dunk for me by one foot jumping? Or should I work for my 2 foot jumps?
