To anyone who wants to increase his vertical jump as well:
- Maintain a balanced diet rich in protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to fuel your workouts and support muscle growth and recovery. Stay hydrated to optimize performance and prevent fatigue.
- Consistency is key to seeing progress. Stick to a regular workout routine and gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of your exercises over time.
- Set specific, measurable goals for your vertical jump improvement to keep yourself motivated and track your progress.
See you guys when you reached your vertical jump goals!

Been watching YouTube for 8 years now. This is the first comment I’ve ever left on a video. I genuinely thought you had millions of subscribers with the quality of the video. Very inspirational. Your numbers will match your quality sooner than later. Great job

The fact that you only have 200 subscribers is actually nuts to me. The production quality is amazing. I hope the best for you!

I like how you showed that you didn't succeed at your goal. It shows that in reality sometimes things take longer than you thought and that it's ok to fail but you never fail endless you give up. So I definitely think you should keep trying and I would love to see you get a dunk in. Great video 👍

Hunter you WILL dunk a basketball some day. This video gave me so much inspiration and I’m genuinely impressed with your editing skills and work ethic, i along with the other 12 thousand people that have seen this video believe in you

As a pro basketball player seeing this is amazing. I remember being just above six feet and barely getting over the rim. So the fact that you can get so high at 5‘9 is incredibly impressive. Even if you may feel like you failed just know that it takes one hell of a man to do what you did. I promise that with just a little more patience and consistency you will be able to slam that ball with ease. I believe in you my guy, don’t give up. You’re so close

You were so close ! Ima basketball player and I can tell you your first mistake was overtraining for sure. also a tip I suggest is add some isometrics to your training 👍🏽 but your legs need time to recover because of how much force your producing and absorbing from everything. Also trying to dunk after lifting weights is bad because your tendons and muscles need to be fresh if you are going to try to produce as much force as possible. But please DONT GIVE UP ! Keep trying !!

This is an insanely well done amd edited video, the pacing, editing and entertainment value is insane and much more like what youd expect to find on a channel with millions of subs.

Keep doing this and there is no way your channel doesnt gain traction.

You definitely have the power and the strength. If you lose another ten lbs you'll definitely be there. Power to weight ratio. That's easier than gaining the power that you need to thrust 220-225 in the air for a dunk. I'm 42 5'8 and can still grab the rim but i have to be around 175 to dunk. I'm 190 right now and gaining the explosion i need to dunk at 190 is tougher than me just losing weight. Granted, I'll lose some strength with the weight loss but will definitely be more explosive. I am definitely impressed and motivated by video

Randomly ran across your channel trying to learn how to dunk as someone who got into basketball a few years ago and started training seriously within the last few months - the structure, commentary, editing, , etc... everything was awesome and I appreciate how in depth you went. Definetly dropping a subcription after checking out your other videos - keep it up!

I think one thing this video might teach kids who are learning to play is that it's ok to fail - to paraphrase Giannis, it's not about the success itself, but the steps you take to get there. It's never a failure to try an fall short, just another goal to try for next time.

Oh hell fucking no you did NOT just leave me in the feels before lunch time.

We have similar heights and I too am pursuing a dunk.
Difference is: you're way closer than I will ever be so please keep working on this and keep trying with adequate rest.

Do not think about making a good YouTube video for the next time, just take your time. You're LITERALLY 1 or 2 inches off from getting it. You cannot just give up now.

We're all rooting for you!
