Amazing Oreo Cake Recipe

Hi John. I’m making this cake today as my birthday cake. Just noticed that the recipe on the website does not show how much cream is needed for the ganache. Since the video shows the amount, I’m good to go, but thought you might want to add it to the recipe. Thanks for all of the wonderful recipes you share!

Ooooh my gosh! I made this for my mom's early birthday cake and 4th of July celebration and it came out lovely!!! I made a two tier cake with extra dollops of frosting on the top and chopped in half Oreos for decoration, and it came out DELICIOUS!! It was very rich and decadent and had the most amazing crunch with the Oreos. Thanks so much John, again, for the most amazing recipe. I will never be afraid to make a cake again with John on my side. :)
