FYI. They are not making ketchup. They are making tomato flavored hot pot soup base. That’s why they add canola oil and beef tallow. The white powdered stuff is sugar and salt. You’ll need to add water or chicken broth before serving it.

Final result doesn’t look like ketchup to me 🤔… too much oil.
Must be some tomato paste/sauce.

Very very clean…clean ketsup…I like best the cleanliness of tomatoes itself, , as well as the employees neat & tidy, to look.
