Sounds like my neighbor with a roofer. Very reputable group doing old fashioned way quoted price. He accepted. Day later found another company cheaper by $200. So he cancelled first installer. Second installer never showed for 4 weeks so he had to contact first installer again. He paid a small penalty, but classic work got done.

Bro you need a cancellation policy on your contracts. 48 hrs minimum. You owe it to yourself. You could have rented that product to someone else but you didn't have enough notice to do so.
