HR is in bed with Lawyers right from the moment you are interviewed, and your co-workers are going to take the managers side if they want to keep their jobs. If they dont want you there, you havent got a hope in hell.

Union job here: the union representative recommended me to send complaint to HR and cc him. It ended up with me getting scolded by both and i need to drop it.
