Not that surprised how this panned out. The taco has more torque, more hp, and is heavier. But somehow the 22re pickup was always just that legendary. Maybe its the gearing, maybe the differential setup...

I had a 01 tacoma 4x4 extended cab stick shift on BFGs' AT

Now i have an 80, 20R, 4 gear on Hiflys'

The 22re is welded in the rear and has mud tires also it snapped a cv at the end. The Tacoma has 300k miles open front and rear and street tires

No lockers? I thibk lockers were more common on Chevys of that era with the g80. My s10 and k3500 both have the g80
