Sjana, I know what an amazing person, yogini, teacher and woman you are. I appreciate all your offerings.
But I want to be honest I am kind of disappointed from the classes you upload here on YouTube.
Not much flow, a lot of pauses, short duration and too much talking.
Generally speaking the class is good, but I don’t feel immersed into the flow and I don’t feel satisfied after the class.
Maybe they are good for beginners but I would really love to see something more from you, to feel the yoga, the rhythm of the vinyasa, the magic of the sequence and the guidance and philosophy talk more in point.
I hope you are not offended, just my personal experience.
