I'm looking forward to see your video :) Do you have any advice for proximal hamstring tendinopathy? I would really appreciate it, because as a yoga teacher and personal trainer it would be very important to get rid of it ASAP! Furtunately it is not to serious, but still I cannot do my job and my practice/workout properly.

It is confusing when you say “rotate out” or “away”but use an arrow pointing “in”. It’s impossible to see with a side view which way you are rotating, so a view from above would help clear up the confusion of the mixed verbal and visual clues.

Great info! Would like to share with clients, but sound is poor: coming across very low and tinny with an echo. Hope you can fix it.
