Today is day 1 of CBT for me. I've been in pain for 2 years from autoimmune arthritis attacking my SI joint and even when my autoantibodies are low I have constant pain. I think it's because of SI instability caused by all the stretching I did before we discovered the autoimmune disorder and I thought I had piriformis syndrome. Your program has given me hope after PT failed me 3 times already. My goals are to be able to have another child and to run again.

When my SI joint flares up, my body won't let me lift my leg up! I know the muscles are still there and are not damaged, but that is one of the movements I'm not able to do. Going up and down stairs, I need to hold on. I've never understood what is happening?? Is it my nervous system protecting me??

I suffered an injury over 4 decades ago and my leg always popped when lifting. My chiropractor didn't do anything. My question: this is the best I've seen but suggestions for someone who routinely wants to do leg lifts? TY

What if your hip pops/clicks with exercises etc.. and it's either one randomly... any trick for that?

This is what I have—-how do you do that when you are doing a dead bug? How do you support leg to force trhe glute to lift instead?

Um.... Usually my right side pops in certain positions now & again..
I just tried this in my right leg.. nothing happened.
Then i tried it on my left leg and doing the left leg (with resistance) like this caused my right side back to pop there...
What does that mean?
Why would doing that with my left leg cause right side to pop on the lower back part?

The second i put my leg up on a chair, the joint will pop right away instead of when i bring it down

Hey Ryan! I feel a pop in my torso somewhere when I lower my left leg after just doing a standing knee raise. Like a muscle or something is hung up somewhere. No pain associated with it, but all my issues are related to the left side when there is pain. (hip/leg/back) No PT or doc has been able to tell me. Any idea what that could be?
