I love the canned corned beef with hash and eggs!! Also, if you see it, try PALM brand corned beef in a can. Very popular in Hawaii and island cultures. It is pricier, but leagues better, you could make a rueben with it.

Best thing to do with that corned beef some onions, add some diced garlic, bell peppers, maybe even a don't need much salt. Corned beef has salt. Fry that corned beef until it's a little crispy with the veggies, and spices. Make some rice. Put the Corned beef mixture on top of the rice, or to the side. You can add some fresh herbs, too. ❤you, Kev.
