This video was shot in Autumn 2022. Many thanks to Meredith Glaser (Executive Director at Urban Cycling Institute), Dick van Veen (Owner at Dickvanveen Street Design Public Space), and Maurits Lopes Cardozo (Designer & Creative Engineer at Bike-minded) for kindly participating in this video.

Walking, running, bicycles, escooters, green open spaces, electric buses, electric commuter trains and trams are all parts of a good transportation system. Speak up for improved transportation options in your city. Every train station needs safe, protected places to park and lock bicycles. Children and older adults should be able to ride bicycles to work, school or for fun safely.

Since this is co-funded by the EU, it would be great to have subtitles in the EU languages. I know it it a hassle, but people who subscribed to this channel are already convinced. When I want to convince people that do not know this channel and cannot speak English well, I cannot use these videos, even though they are great.

i find that most bike users are arrogant and make up their own rules. weaving in and out of cars if there is slow traffic and furthering delays when the traffic moves because the bike are not partnered with the entirety of the traffic. there is an underlying animosity between bike and car users. trucks and bigger vehicles don’t care about anything, except their schedules.
